All returns must be pre-approved by NETTA and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return. Please email the Customer Service Department and speak with the Returns Agent for more information. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. NETTA must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved. **Please note, each NETTA piece is made to order so each piece is essentially a custom order. Please be very sure of your measurements by referring to our size chart when ordering as refunds will not be processed unless the piece arrives damaged or is absolutely unwearable.
